Case study Prodrive Technologies

On the 25th of May, Prodrive Technologies will visit us and provide us with a case study! Teun van der Sande and a colleague will host the session during the morning in Pulse hall 5, from 9:15 – 12:30! Make sure that you are enrolled through the Jotform, there is a limit of 20 spots.
You can enroll yourself through this link.
“We create technologies that are essential links in the systems which form the basis for today’s and tomorrow’s world. Therefore, our joint mission is to create meaningful technologies that make the world work. We develop and produce a wide variety of mechatronic products and systems. Think about, embedded computing systems, motion & mechatronics, power conversion, control & connectivity, vision & sensing and industrial automation. These products fit a wide range of markets, such as: medical, Infrastructure & energy, industrial, semiconductor and mobility solutions. We are competitive due to our tremendous engineering teams and because we produce everything in house with use of smart ways of optimizing, integrating, and robotizing.
Our processes and products are as sustainable as humanly possible. It is true to say that manufacturing usually does not exactly benefit nature. Nevertheless, at Prodrive Technologies we are well on the way to becoming the ‘greenest’, least environmentally destructive technology company in Europe. How do we do this? It’s very simple, by working in a fundamentally different way to many other organizations. At Prodrive Technologies we collectively take responsibility for everything we do and how we do it. What is more, our focus is not on profit at any cost, but on achieving sustainable progress.
At Prodrive it is possible to customize your (parttime) job, internship or graduation thesis to your interests. For example, as parttime employee you choose an average weekly number of working hours and you can plan these hours in the way that suits your schedule. This can be done because you will have 24/7 access to our facilities, and you can work from home as well. The minimum is 12 hours on average, and this can be scheduled over the weeks. Thus, two weeks of 0 hours due to exams and 36 hours in the week after is possible. Just take care of good communication with your project team; take responsibility.”

We look forward to seeing you at the case study!

Best regards,

Taylor
